"Heartbreaking experience. After spending time walking through the store choosing a ballon for my son for his good behavior, encountered less than ideal customer service checking out. All white women were asked to be helped first although we were next in line. Had to teach my 4yr old black son a hard lesson about respect and what do when you encounter racist behavior."

"The female in the stupid green costume working tonight, you need to learn to shut your mouth and be respectful to customers. You were extremely rude to the woman in front me! She just wanted a bag for her balloons so they wouldn't float away! Luckily, I didn't have to deal with you. The gentleman that helped me was extremely nice and fast at getting things done."
