"We went in looking for a grinder. Found on with a stone on both sides. I wanted one with stone on one side and wire on the other side. Store employee Kadie helped me find the right size and we took one of the stones off one side, put the wire on and it fit perfect. Katie was Awesome and Professional helping us out."

"I love this place, it has so many things and great prices too. Even groceries and its cheaper than the grocery store. Plumbing, electrical, paint and all that has great selection. I would not say its great place to go for appliances and I prefer the power tool selection at Home Depot or Lowes but you'll still find a great option at a fair price just maybe not the brands you're used to hearing about. Save BIG Money, LOL!"

"We have been shopping at Menards in Independence, Missouri, since they opened. They have been our go to place for all of our home improvement needs. During Covid I remodeled my entire 5 bedroom home spending more than $10,000.00 at menards. For a company that says, and I quote, The company’s die-hard “customer-first” mentality is resonant with DIY's", I have now learned is a huge OVERSTATEMENT. Recently my husband and I have found products on clearance, wrongly marked down or in the wrong spot and when I notified management, the so called "customer first" motto was NOT the case. Not only were we told that it was just because another customer set it down despite my photos showing the entire shelf contained multiple items of the same, we were not given the item as priced. To add insult to injury when told of their error we were treated rudely by management. The FINAL Straw was last night when we went to menards in Independence for 2 items and despite NEVER using the environmently unfriendly plastic bags, WHICH WE NEVER EVER USE, we were rudely stopped to have our receipt looked at, which has also NEVER happened before. Needless to say we will NO LONGER SPEND OUR MONEY AT MENARDS!!!"

"If you have 3 workers and a manager who won't help customers then there's an issue. Front of stores manager won't let me talk to store manager.... but it's being takin care of. I bet. Is rather pay more and go to home depot. This place is trash. It'll be the next hq I hope"

"Pretty wide selection of product with employees all over the store. And were friendly and nice that we deal with. The young man in flooring helped me with my underlayment and was very nice to answer all my questions And help me decide on my purchase."
