I have been to lots of specialty shoe stores looking for help to get the right shoes for my feet. I have had them measured, watched walking on a treadmill, on and on without pain relief. Elite Feet asked me to give them 15 minutes doing various movements while they watched me. They recommended a shoe that has been life changing in reducing pain. I have bought four shoes from them in the last year, and will continue to use them as my go to store. I bought the two pictured this time around."

"If I could leave 3.5 stars, I would.. but I'll round up. The young man that helped me did a great job finding the right shoe. He was maybe a little green still, and a bit awkward in his small talk, but very friendly. The stars come off for the checkout experience.. the moment they swiveled the iPad around and asked for a TIP for selling me a pair of $145 shoes I was shocked! I hate, hate, hate being put on the spot so I hit the 10% button and ended up paying nearly an extra $15 for my new shoes. Of course he said, oh this isn't necessary, just hit whatever you want there... But then they stare at you and they know and you know.. and it just ruined the whole experience for me."

The moment we walked in we were greeted by the store pup, Miss Maple, who was as sweet as her name suggests. We got pets and plays with her for the duration of our time there which made the environment fun and relaxing. Gaelyn was very attentive, asking pointed questions aimed at understanding what wasn’t working with the current pair of shoes, what the goal was with a new pair of shoes, and figuring out how best to support the body (not just feet but muscles, spine, and overall comfort). After taking time to grasp the full scope, she came back with 2 options that she suggested. She spoke in detail about what each one had to offer and how it would meet the expectation and support exactly the way it needed to.
