"Terrible communication. I was told for approximately 6 weeks that my books had not arrived at the facility. However when I called on week 7, I was told that there was an issue with my order & that they emailed me. (I never received an email) By this time, I was approaching finals & still did not have my books. The staff member ended up canceling my order while I was on the phone. Following this, I was told my financial aid (money for textbooks) had expired. I’m now forced to either fail my classes because I don’t have the proper materials or drop them. My GPA has taken a hit because of this. I would never recommend this facility to anybody. Very unprofessional. I still have no answers as to what the problem with my order was."

The staff member was amiable and pleasant to speak to and solved the matter over the phone with no problem. Once again, thank you so much. Also, it was effortless to place an order on the internet.
