":) I never have any issues there :) the girls in the pharmacy: Wanna:pharmacist, Emily M and Tina are so sweet and so helpful :) Mallory the manager, Janet and Jerry are so kind and I love going in there to see everyone :) makes the experience so much better having people like all of them :)"
"One star is generous. You need to be able to trust your pharmacy to fill the order when you need it. That means giving accurate wait times, and scrolling all the way to the bottom of the page to get all of your prescriptions filled."
"I switched to Walgreens after being at CCS for YEARS. It seemed that CVS didn’t have a lot of meds in stock. I have several severe health problems and very much rely on my meds EVERY DAY, it will have a grand mal seizure . I wish I’d never switched to them. Had I known there was.a nation wide med shortage I’d have never changed. This particular Walgreens I switched to is so incompetent. Somehow my profile disappears so don’t have scripts in stock, they never know when meds will be there and when they are I’m never notified, scripts don’t get filled and I’ll even receive messages that my scripts are full. Will go to pick them up and they won’t be there. OR they will be there, but won’t have any record that I’m supposed to be on these meds. How is that?! I called the other day to check on a script I’d been waiting for them to fill and told that still not in stock AFTER I called and waited on hold for about 45 minutes so they could look for it(?how many places could it be where not able to locate) then they locate it. But can’t fill to following day even though still open at 630 and don’t close until 8. I need to also mention that most of my meds could be dangerous for me( I have epilepsy)to be without, and when i run out I go through complete withdrawals and have seizures so bad I’ve broken my nose, knocked out teeth, dislocated shoulders due to seizures I have from not having my meds. Besides the shortage, winch I realize they can’t control, the fact that the meds just magically disappear from my profile means I can’t even get them filled at other pharmacies that may have these in file. Then need to contact all doctors again and call around to locate store that DOES have meds. Why am I the person who needs to make all these calls? Why am I the one that needs to locate these meds? Especially when I’ll find out that they DO have my meds!?!? I’m done. Getting final script filled tomorrow ( fingers crossed) but who the hell knows. After getting this filled I’m switching back to CVS. There are a lot more issues that have gone on but I’m sure this has already been too long a post that will probably not be read due to its length. You think of the name Walgreens and equate it as a pharmacy that’s been around for years, that they have a certain reputation. I think that this experience with this particular location has changed my opinion about the entire franchise. To me, they no longer have a good reputation. I’m out…"
"I have patronized this Walgreens for 30 years. Always friendly, helpful personnel. Pharmacy is helpful and lets me know if a drug needs to be ordered so refill early With the reward program and sales and coupons the prices are reasonable."
"The pharmacy staff was great and definitely seemed under staffed. Which is not their fault. My poor review is because the pharmacy area was disgusting. The ceiling in the actual pharmacy area where the prescriptions are filled was covered in mold. The air vents were covered in thick dust. The floor in the waiting area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months."
