"These ladies are incredibly helpful. I was having a bad day, I'd been to not just one, but two alteration stores about hemming my wedding dress. Both said my dress was a lot of work, and too difficult. My wedding is in December and after two stores reacting that way to my dress, I was beginning to wonder if I had to find another dress. I was dreading potentially hearing another person say my dress couldn't be done. Not here. A very sweet lady sat on the floor and hemmed my dress like any experienced pro should. She even fitted it to keep the classic mermaid shape. I was happy with just looking at it with the pins in. I can't wait to see my dress when it's finished."
"The zipper pull broke on a favorite coat. Stichin Post repaired it in less than 10 minutes while I waited. The cost was about the same to order a pull from Amazon and I know it was done correctly. Something I probably would have made a mistake on. Very friendly and accommodating folks."
"I burnt a hole in a good wool coat and they mended it so well, you couldn't tell on the back or the front of the fabric that there was a mending job done. It was perfect!"
"We have a new dog. He is a year old. One of our other dogs is 3 years old. The new dog figured out how to grab the older dogs collar and pull on it so that it loosens up. Then he can pull it over her head. I took the older dogs collar to the stitching post to see if we can get stitches put in so it doesn't loosen. Within 5 minutes they had stitched it up right behind the buckle to prevent it from loosening up. $5. I was expecting to pay more and have to leave the collar. Extremely pleased at the price and the Quick Service."
