"My students and I stayed here for a state student council convention. The beds are surprisingly soft, the food, surprisingly good, and the service was unmatched. Jeremy and Christie (husband wife team) especially went above and beyond and making sure every table was wiped for hundreds of teenagers during the continental breakfast and the biscuits and waffle mix never ran out. It was superb! Also, there was a video game room with free original NES games for anyone to play. Not to mention, the rates were considerably lower than other hotels in the hotel list for Joplin."

"The staff is so friendly and just amazing! The room we stayed in was just beautiful. The breakfast is the best I have ever had in a hotel! Other convenience places need to build around sleep inn so people without cars can get little items!"

"We travel quite a bit, but rarely do we ever get to stay in a hotel where we are actually treated like family. While waiting on our new home to be finished, we stayed for 27 nights in a row. I’ve never been more pleased to stay in a hostel more than the Sleep Inn in Webb City. From the front desk host to every single one of the house keeping personnel every single person always asked us if we needed anything and was always wearing a smile. It’s very evident that the staff really enjoyed their jobs. The breakfasts were incredible with a wide variety of options including biscuits and gravy or sausage, bacon and ham with scrambled eggs. The rooms were spotless and very nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. One morning while eating breakfast the owners were there visiting with guests. We visited for at least 20 minutes. Top notch folks!! I highly recommend to everyone!!"

"What a great place to stay! Family owned and run, this location is about 3 years old. We were welcomed as family by every staff member we saw. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable even though the hotel was filled with travelers like us and young people taking part in various athletic events. All amenities were taken up a notch with personal touches (ex: a makeup cloth in addition to the usual face cloths and towels). Complimentary breakfast included an ample selection of hot/cold items frequently checked and refreshed throughout while the owners greeting their guests and clearing tables . Decor was lovely and seasonal touches were all tastefully done. Definitely keeping this one in my Faves!"
