"I don't know what position the gentleman was that took my order but the waiter or server said it was the GM Bob and it was the most pleasant experience I've ever had ordering from Sonic and I'm 32 or any fast food restaurant. The food was fresh and delivered quicker than I expected."
"My wife uses the App to buy drinks. She has been charged double two different times at this location. They cannot refund it locally, there is a lengthy process to reversethe charge. Also I have had close to frozen food on carry out twice in the last 2 visits."
"I've been to a lot of different Sonic....this one had the slowest drive thru. Meh on the customer service. The individual seemed to be new so tried to cut them some slack but just missing the piece to interact with the customer, maybe they were overwhelmed. I don't plan on stopping back here any time soon."
"Came on a weeknight around 7:00, our food came out quickly and was all as ordered. The young man that brought us our food was super friendly and went back and got us extra condiments. We ate in the playground area. All the tables were clean. The kids really enjoyed the playground, played in the sand, and we all got to enjoy great weather with a beautiful sunset. Perfect midweek dinner for this busy mom."
