"A lot of people love this place and it came highly recommended. I recognize that I’m probably a different kind of person when it comes to shopping, but I will leave my honest opinion in case there are other ladies like me. I tried to go in with an open mind, but I didn’t love the design of the shopping experience, though the gal who helped me was nice. I’m a private person and I prefer to shop on my own. Here, someone else picks out what you are going to try on. They had nice gowns at a good price point but I was limited because I’m supposed to wear a specific color, so I only had about 7 choices in my size. Someone spends the whole time in the dressing room with you, helping you try on the dresses, which is probably to keep the dresses from getting damaged, and because it’s hard to zip some of them up in the back by yourself, but not super comfortable for a private person. For me, it was hard to really decide if I liked something when I only had a certain amount of time and someone else was standing in the dressing room with me. I didn’t find what I thought I was looking for, but was trying to keep an open mind. There was no pressure, but after having a gal help me for almost an hour, I felt like I couldn’t just walk out of the store without making a purchase, so I bought a dress and gave a tip. As soon as I got to the car, I knew I hadn’t made a good decision - I wasn’t excited to wear this to my son’s wedding - but I couldn’t return the dress, only exchange it, though I didn’t love any of the others that I tried on, either, so the exchange option isn’t a great one. And I don’t really want to go back in to try on dresses in front of people again, either. This store is great if you like attention, assistance and an audience, but if that’s not comfortable for you, it might not be your favorite shopping experience."

"Beyond impeccable. I didn't have an appointment and didn't need a super fancy dress. But they let us come in and look at the racks of dresses. I went to try some on and they said there appointment didn't show so they helped me. Went and looked for more I might like, looked at accessories to go along with the dress. It was an amazing feeling. I found two dresses in my size and price range and bought one. I ended up going back two days later and buying the second one because I thought it was a little more dressy than the first and they were so accommodating. It's the best place to get a special dress for any special occasion. Thank you ladies! A job Well Done!! I will be back with friends. Lori R."

"I have been to this dress shop twice and found everyone so incredibly nice and helpful! The selection is amazing! The red dress I bought to wear at two events- 10 months apart from each other… one was The Gift of Sole where you get to wear tennis shoes! The other dress was for my step son’s wedding last night! Felt amazing in both! Can’t go wrong shopping at Sincerely Susan’s!"

She came back with 6 gowns and I made my choice are in less than an hour. The consultants are a beautiful blend of friendly and knowledgeable. This is my new go-to place for a special occasion dress!"

"I just got married on August 8 and we found Sincerely Susan's shop at the KC Bridal show and made an appointment with them. We went with a group of 5 of us girls for my mom to find a dress. They offered us wine while she tried on options. We ended up loving what she found - it was beautifully made and flattered her figure so well! They altered it quickly and we felt that the price was pretty fair."
