The bed is nice, customer service is kind but you should clearly understand what limited warranty means when you buy a sleep number bed. A failing air chamber after only 2 years is very disappointing."

"Bought my first Sleep Number off QVC 2009 and loved it. Decided to upgrade to a split adjustable in 11.2020. $5000, Bought it at Overland Park store. We are having isuues with erratic adjustable bed. Only going up partially or not at all. Called support. On phone over an hour. No fix. Came to conclusion I neen a new motor which they called electronic not mechanical so we have to pay prorated amount and also new remote! Just a little over 2.5 yrs old. The other one 11yrs old no problems! Still have in spare. Then we also have to pay for for installing new parts! DO NOT INVEST IN THESE EXPENSIVE beds if they aren't going to stand behind them!"
