"Worst nights sleep ever. Will not stay again. The noise was ridiculous. Tried to complain, front desk said there was no noise. Absolutely horrible"

"There was hair in shower on wall. Air conditioner did not work. Some one had unplugged the fridge to plug in a microwave right before I checked in so fridge was cold but that morning all my food was warm and cold packs were thawed. And the worst part is they charge me 79.99 and tell me it’s a deal."

"We stayed in a ground floor room which was clean and comfortable. It is right off the freeway but we heard no traffic with our room fan on. Juice but no milk was available for breakfast along with yogurt and bananas. The staff was helpful and had a rolling carrier for our luggage which was also helpful."

"The rooms are nice and clean. Plenty a room nice big bathroom to plenty of space TV could be bigger. The price could be better especially for people coming to work in the area might be here a little longer should have some deals for them. We’re trying to make their area better place be nice to have a break With staff is wonderful nothing but smiles every time you see any of them very helpful. I serious."

"Update: Although we had a terrible stay, a wonderful woman named Ellen reached out to me and my husband about the issues. I cannot say how much I appreciate her concern about our experience. She was a very nice lady and I am so glad she reached out to us. We stayed at the Richmond Missouri Super 8 so we could visit with friends and it was nothing but a disappointment! The room was absolutely filthy and appeared not to have been cleaned for some time! Blood and other stains on the sheets, pillows, and blankets. The carpet and walls were filthy. There was hair in the shower and more stains in the sink. We reported these things to the front desk with no remedy as we were informed that we were just lucky to get a room at all. We certainly didn't feel lucky. We paid $115.00 for this disgusting room. We will definitely NEVER stay at this or any other Super 8 motel again."
