Set 1st, 2nd, and 3rd axis on my sight, paper tuned to a perfect bullet hole, and even let me try products before I bought them to make sure I was happy with my choices and set up all while treating me like an old friend. Kudos to an outstanding staff, product selection, range, and above all, customer service. Keep up the great work!"

"Dropped my bow off and had a short talk with Jason (awesome customer service) very friendly to my son I brought with me. Entire visit with my Dad was nice we shot his crossbow at the range to get it sighted in, will definitely return for services. Great shop and great staff. Hate to knock big box stores but always support your local shops and this is the one I would go to. Unfortunately I moved to New York but if I can’t find a shop in upstate I will definitely be mailing and ordering online through Midwest."

I do not have any experience shooting a bow, but my 11 year old son wanted a compound bow, so last Christmas I went to Midwest. They were extremely helpful on the initial visit selecting a bow, that was just the beginning. After Christmas, I took my son in and the staff took time to adjust the bow to his size and even spent time shooting with him. I have been in there a few times throughout the year and met with the same willingness to help and customer service. I stopped in today to buy a new target, again, amazing service. I will drive by any big box store to support this great business."

"I won’t give anyone else my money but these guys. Especially after today. I’m a consumer. We all are, but it’s one thing I pride myself on. I have avoided coming here without a friend because some “pro” shops have arrogant staff members and people questioning your every move. This is the FIRST outdoor sports store where I didn’t feel like an idiot just for stopping by. The staff here are knowledgeable, kind, courteous and helpful on every aspect of their business. I didn’t plan on spending anything, just looking. But wound up picking out, sighting and paying for my item I have been looking at all over. Yes, I picked up the crossbow from the “shelf”, walked into the indoor range and had it dialed in less than an hour later. I am super impressed! Bass Pro seemed to have better things to do. Academy “tried” to answer my questions, but couldn’t offer much assistance. Greg and his staff are amazingly kind. There was a lady who started helping me until Greg came out. Misty? I believe it was? I’m sorry for forgetting, but I had great help overall. If you’re looking for archer gear this coming season, this is the place to go. No need to go anywhere else. Don’t pass go, don’t collect $200 just go to Midwest."
