"I visited the store November 25. Not a single person greeted me. One short woman with blond hair began to pass me. As an afterthought it seems, she asked if I needed helped. I described what I was looking for before I could finish she said "No, we don't have that item. Sold out," and walked away from me. Typically, the salespersons are friendly, but this day all three in the store were to themselves. Must have been a bad day for all the old women salespersons. Or I just came in at the wrong time."

"Lady up front with short hair didn’t even look at my wife when she was returning some items. My wife started to tell her she wanted to exchange some of the items and she was cut off and told she was going to return the items so there was no confusion. She was rude and very unprofessional."

"Bought a birthday gift for mom cuz well, it's kind of moms clothes but was impressed how polite, friendly and helpful all the employees were... as a guy coming into this store, they could not have been kinder. Really appreciated that"

"Need to check your ELDER employees on business edict. The younger women there are very nice. Just cuz I'm young and went to a store where my friend works was no need for them to be watching me like a hawk cuz I wasn't a "regular" client. I was wearing a talbots shirt when I walked in!! But apparently that doesnt matter, I could have dressed in all black like a goth it shouldn't matter. The store has high priced old lady clothes but I wanted to find something nice for family members, but I did find one thing that was actually cute in the store thanks to my younger friend who works there who was healping me navigate the store, and I bought the item, but yet was still being looked at with judgy eyes. If you guys want bussiness you need to treat people with some respect. I definitely felt like I was in the movie pretty woman when the stuck up women didn't want to service her for the way she looked. You guys need to step it up or you'll go out of business for sure."
