"I have had more personal interactions with grocery store clerks than most of their self-centered salesmen. The young female who helped me once was great. But don't expect cheerful, pleasant service here, or a simple phone call when cleaning services are complete (took from June through October for that and a simple embroidered patch addition on two coats, at a cost of $400+). If they weren't the only store of their kind nearby, I think they'd go out of business. They've lost mine!"
