"It’s a lady who alway mad when you come in, instead of saying how can I help she say what you want snatching your items and throwing back. I do customer service work over the phone so I know you should never talk to a customer in this manner, she also be like what else u want with this no smile or nothing"
"It had gas, snacks, and anything you need for your vehicle."
"I really hate to give this low of a rating, but they say honesty is the best policy. I chose to start coming to this gas station because it is Black Owned! I wanted to support "black businesses" since black people have to go extra harder than others because of our skin color. I was here around 5:30 this evening, and Accidentally LOCKED MYSELF OUT OF MY VEHICLE. After having topped off my gas from half a tank and making an inside purchase, I asked to use a phone and there was Not one available for me to use. At this point I (a female) am standing By Myself "In the Hood," wondering how am I going to get in my car and get home. Thankfully there was a business across the street who WASN'T supposed to let me use their phone, but DID anyway. They allowed me to call for Help, so I could get inside my vehicle and get home after having been at work all day. Because of this experience I don't plan on making any purchases at this gas station anytime soon, unless I don't have much of any other option."
"On May 1st, around 1 am, I stopped in here to buy a few things. I bought a 2 liter of vess grape soda, I asked for 1 pack Kools, green box shorts and 1 long, (I received 2 longs boxes), $1.50 worth of candies, a $.99 pack of strawberry wafers. And I asked for my receipt only cause I was buying a pack of cigs for a friend and wanted to show them the amount so I'd get my money back. Anyways, after I got to my car, I checked out the receipt and noticed I got charged for some food item costing $1.69. So of course I went back in the gas station and waited in line again to find out why I got over charged. The man working the cashier had a major attitude, and when I added him why I got charged for something I didn't buy, he didn't give me a explanation and ignored my request to return everything except 1 pack of the cigs. And rudely handed me $1.70 back. I work in customer service, have been for over 10 years. I totally understand that he was overwhelmed and most likely frustrated due to the fact that the store was extremely packed and popping. There was at least 8 customers in line after me, and I waited for 4 customers in front of me. But that's no excuse for his rude attitude and how he handled the situation!"
"Dude at the cellphone booth can't count. Buy somethin from him an count your change. He'll make you wanna cuss'em out. Other than that I still shop there."
