"Visiting STL from out of town. CVS's prices are absolutely ridiculous. $40 for a small can of baby formula and it was the only place we could find it. Tried to return it the next day because we ended up not needing it. They evidently won't accept returns. I called customer service to confirm this and they were going to make an exception for us and call the store manager but we were already on the road. Still, $40 is absolutely ridiculous. You can get two of the same from Sam's club and if it's in stock at Walmart or Target it's $30."

"Terrible location. I am about ready to move all my prescriptions. You get here and only 1 lane is open as usual and you wait in a line 5-6 cars deep. You get up to the window and they tell you your prescription isn’t ready yet. So you leave only to get a text 5 minutes later after you left that it is ready! ASK THE ROOM IF ANYONE IS WORKING ON MINE BEFORE YOU SEND ME AWAY! This happens all the time. Beyond disgusted!"

"I've been picking up medications for a grandparent at this place for last almost 3 years. I understand that sometimes things are crazy, short staff, etc... This place consistently has long wait time inside as well as at the drive through. Sometimes there are only 2 cars total in line and you still end up waiting 20 min or more. Just don't get it!"

"Pharmacy was amazing and made life simple. But I grabbed another item on the way out and was forced in to self checkout be because there were zero employees visible anywhere. Self Check out has to go. No wonder their theft rates are through the roof just walking out is easier than those stupid machines."

"This is the absolute worst location for several reasons. For over two years, only one of their two drive thru lanes is open. Meanwhile, there is a huge line for the only lane open. The staff including their pharmacist is very rude to customer. I thought maybe it was isolated but witnessed with all customers at every visit. They are consistently out of prescribed medications requiring driving to another location for the meds. These are just a few of the issues at this location."
