"Waited again, there are plenty of people working, I cannot physically walk into the store so I ask for help at the pump. But when you ask and they have over 6 people works no and not crowded or busy and it takes upwards of 15-45 minutes for someone to get the money for the gas. This QT station is around the corner from my house but I'm going to go 5 miles away from now on to get my fuel. As an ex elected official and reading all the reviews I'm seeing a pattern of disrespect to the people living in the area of this particular station. They care about no one or nothing at this place, so we m preferably going to travel 5 miles to get gas instead of 1/4 mile away.. it's a sad day in Olivette but the racism is still here."

"I don’t understand how you can have 6-7 workers at a time and the bathrooms look so filthy and disgusting. These are the worst looking bathrooms I’ve ever seen at a Quiktrip. It’s like the employees do not want to clean it ever."

"7 people on the clock, and service times were horrendous. The staff was unable to pay attention to their own role long enough to be productive. Gets a 2nd star only because the manager clearly cared and tried his best anyway. This staff needs corrective action or replacement."

"It's a new location in an area with heavy foot traffic, yet It's not staffed adequately to meet the needs of their customers. The kitchen is closed quite often. Other than that, the staff is friendly and very courteous and the store is clean."

"Finally a place to get fountain sodas like Coke Zero in University City! I also appreciate their free compressed air!"
