"Went to pick up a delivery for uber eats, waited 30 minutes for them to tell me that someone else stole the order. They were rude as well.. I understand, job is probably not the best.. but getting paid $15 & being in customer service, I feel like the workers should really have better organization on the delivery orders and not be so rude.. & if something like this happens, they should have made a replacement order.."

"I just want to start by saying the woman who works the drive-thru is absolutely amazing but this franchise owner is garbage! I placed the order through the mobile app and quickly realized that I had sent the order to the wrong McDonald's I called them and they assured me that they couldn't give the food out without the code and since I wasn't providing the code because I wasn't going to pick it up the order should cancel and depending should drop off my bank account. The order never canceled and the pending $20 was paid to McDonald's even though no services were rendered because I didn't retrieve the food. I called corporate and explain the situation only to get a phone call from the franchise customer service telling me that the only thing they could do to rectify the situation will send me $20 worth of gift cards because they weren't going to refund me I agreed I waited for those gift cards for 10 business days and when I never received them I called back and spoke with another young lady who assured me that she would send them out since they never arrived, tomorrow will be the 6th business day and I have yet to receive the initial gift cards or the follow-up and they simply don't care"

"I placed and paid for my order with no problem in the drive thru. It was the pick up window that was the issue. The guy opens the window and asks, “did you have an orange juice?” I say no and tell him I had a coffee with SF vanilla syrup. He grabs a coffee cup and stands there confused. He eventually asks one of the 2 managers standing directly behind him chatting and then comes back to the window to ask if it was iced coffee. I say no and repeat my coffee order, adding that it’s regular coffee. The lady makes my coffee, he gives it to me, and they close the window as there is a bag with food in it sitting there. He eventually opens the window again and says, “did you have food?” I tell him I ordered a number 1. He frustratingly tells the manager “she talking about she has a number 1. I don’t know what that is.” Having worked at a McDonald’s for years I don’t understand why you would clear your orders up front while obviously training or using someone who doesn’t normally work in that position. I understand keeping your times low, but that shouldn’t come at the cost of customer service. I’m still wondering why he randomly asked if I had an OJ. Food was what I expected."

"These Burgers were not what I thought they would be I was very disappointed when I unwrapped the first burger so I took a look at second burger and I saw a little piece of lettuce on the bun Sloppy Very Slopppy Burgers"
