"Lou he was TERRIFIC!!!!! He help me n my daughter change her battery. He was pleasant, soft spoken, helpful and such a gentleman. If I ever need anything else I will travel there to git it. That is 5 star service thanks LOU.."
"Tonight 1/18/23 there was a guy watching me and my husband as we pulled in to get some stuff swapped out for the car he eye balled our car for almost 10minutes while outside with a grim look on his face it’s was very off putting and creepy I was concerned found out the man worked there and was the GM of the store. He’s a very unpleasant man he let it be known to his other employees he didn’t and doesn’t like my husband for no valid reason at all considering my husband has done nothing to him. He shops there all the time before that guy became the GM we had no problems but now I’m finding out he intentionally watches my husband go around the store to shop! We have never stolen a thing from this store he has horrible customer service he didn’t even want to find the warranty we had on a part that the store provides and he told me husband to find it himself before he could help. It’s sad to say he’s not worthy of the position, it’s his job to aid and help he’s on the customer service industry and he makes a mockery of this company as a whole . When he’s not there we have no problems but he’s taking out some personal issues he has at home out on customers that don’t know him personally . I would suggest going to spend your money somewhere else or if you have no choice make sure he’s not there because you’ll get smart remarks and attitude for trying to spend your hard earned money or make sure he isn’t there. Personally I don’t care to spend my money where I don’t feel welcomed and I feel like I’m being monitored for looking around. Being a manager especially a store manager means so much more than the title and the fact that the staff you hired feels like they need to make it be known that you don’t like a customer because you feel bold enough to say it FOR NO REASON with out context and to make people feel unwelcome and unsafe by watching them as if you plan to hurt them is uncalled for and sickening and if he’s to stay on as a manager he needs to be TRAINED properly. You all made a mistake selecting someone who hold so much hate in them to be in a position over a store and staff. I hope no other customers feel as unwelcome as I felt tonight and I hope no other woman has to feel uneasy by a man staring them down as if they committed a crime by just pulling up to get parts needed for their vehicle. Do better because if you can treat customers like this I know that staff is being treated worse. Chris needs to be taught how to be a manager.and the other guy was so busy on his phone he was no help please do better."
"Thank you Chris and Lyle for your help and excellent service"
"They give decent service here with prices that are competitive enough. Rick was nice and helped me out enough when installing my battery for my car when I didn’t feel like doing it myself. I’d make sure the products they have available are worth the extra prices for the warranty’s or usage of your vehicle."
