"Very nice RV park. Full hook ups and a nice covered patio with a view of the lake. Every person we met was incredibly nice and helpful. Shout out to Katy!! Had dinner at the restaurant. Excellent food and service, and a harpist playing Led Zeppelin. Great weekend and look forward to our next visit."
"One of the nicest RV Resorts we have visited. Upon arrival we were met by Mark, He graciously upgraded us to a premium lakefront site! Wow! The views of Grand Lake were stunning. The patio with lounge furniture was just the ticket to sit back relax and enjoy the lake views. We were surprised when the staff delivered complimentary margaritas to our site. The Resort has 2 onsite restaurants. We ate at the Boom Bar where we enjoyed Monday night football and had a huge tray of brisket Nachos. The bar was fun and the food was awesome! The staff was friendly and very attentive to us. We were able to visit and talk with the owners of the resort. We will definitely be back and will stay for a longer time. We definitely recommend you staying at this unique and beautiful resort."
"The site is beautiful! Staff super nice. However, the wasp situation was horrific. Not joking, 20 at our site or more. Because of this we couldn’t go outside or be at any other location because they also have wasp. My husband is highly allergic to them. Bought wasp spray, it didn’t deter them. Wi-Fi out. Difficult when you have kids because there isn’t much for them to do unless you rent a boat. This place has so much potential! Would love to see it when everything is done."
"Absolutely loved everything about this resort . The breeze and view of the lake is breathtaking and so relaxing . It was very nice to have the gas grill, out door furniture and covered lanai. From the time we arrived , the owners , their family , and staff took great care of us. The 5o’clock margs were a nice touch delivered to our door. We liked the food and service at both restaurants so much we didn’t go anywhere else . The brewpub shrimp and grits were the best I’ve ever had ! My husband loved his 1/2 lbs wagyu patty melt . The pizza at Boom was exceptional and reasonably priced . ( oh that crust was perfect). They welcome nice TT, 5th wheels and up. Will highly recommend to any of our friends and family or anyone wanting a lakefront nicer rv resort . Thank you Marc and Theresa ( family and staff) for an amazing getaway!"
"Stayed the weekend with a camper. The staff was fantastic! We were met and directed to our site, which was a good thing, as you can’t see the numbers from the road. Set up is a narrow, long, level pad with covered patio on the lake side. Lovely views and sunrise was spectacular. Food was good and again, staff was friendly and eager to please. We had a get-together for Father’s Day and it went well. A storm rolled through and the wire strung across the ceiling of the patio (possibly for party lights?) got caught up in the fan! Very scary. This happened to us twice so I’m sure they are aware of the bad design. We put in a boat off an old launch behind our site with no problems. The margarita cart and the etched glasses were nice perks but the price was still pretty high for a campsite with grounds in some disrepair. Other than price, no complaints at all. I did know price ahead of time and still paid it. Not sure if I will again? It’s a maybe for me."
