"I don't like sending bad ratings. That said twice now the food has been burnt and very subpar. I try to just keep my mouth shut but the burgers and meat toppings weren't burnt twice. If it's other BBQ items it's really good but if it's burgers...Hard pass"

"Cheese fries are burnt/old, the cheese was like rubber which showed how old it was, they are supposed to have bacon on them which is did not and to top it off… the container was MELTED!!!! MELTED to the bottom of the fries from what you could tell was from sitting under a heat lamp all day. Completely unacceptable!! Not the first issue we have had here but this topped the cake and beyond!"

"You can never go wrong with their dynamite chicken salad! And their ranch tastes like someone who does care about food cost made it, delicious! They’ve had trouble cooking our burgers completely a few times though but they always make it right."

"I ordered 10 buffalo chicken wings (appetizer). Mac & Cheese and baked beans. Everything was good. My son ordered the chicken nachos (appetizer). He said it was good, but there wasn't enough chicken on them so a lot of chips were left on the plate. Waitress was cool. Overall---> good experience."

"We encountered vehicle issues and had to stop in the nearest town to get a hotel. Our only option was for food delivery. We had actually been to this particular Rib Crib and remembered it being fantastic. We were so disappointed when we got our food. We got the queso dip topped with chopped brisket for $8.29, the container was half full and the meat was all fat. Loaded baked potato was a joke. Three meat platter was a let down The beans were the best thing from our $50 order"
