"Food was fine, very slow and confused. Said I was dining in but they fixed it "To Go". The "upgrade" to a small blizzard was supposed to be $2.00, I was charged $3.19, finally got refund. Lobby and bathroom not very clean."
"We went into Dairy Queen and we got our lunch. I asked for ranch dressing and the lady said I will have to charge you for it. Also men's bathroom not clean. I did not go in women's. Didn't need the aggravation."
"After over five minutes of being ignored by two of the counter staff, we left. Apparently, the drive thru was more important than the four people standing waiting to order. A simple acknowledgment would have sufficed, but you could tell they weren't happy to be there or that we were there. Those pesky customers. Never going back."
