"I really wanted to like it. I mean the young lady was nice and all, but she only pulled 1 of my ingrown hairs from my face. The area that I wanted her to address (neck area / Beard) I've seen the owner address successfully many times. Yet this young lady told me she was not comfortable trying to get the ingrown hair out. I immediately went home and pulled the same ingrown out with relative ease and I thought to myself. Why did I just pay 45 dollars to be told they are not comfortable with pulling obvious ingrown hairs. I hope my experience is not a normal one."

"Glad to have found a black owned business that specializes in waxing! I am willing to travel 40 mins for a wax. Jada and her team are the best. I made an appointment for an underarm and brazilian. Arrived on time and saw Stephanie. I was in and out within 35 mins. Stephanie was professional , kind, and courteous. She talked her way through the process and got all the hair that others wouldn't have. Im definitely returning in 5 weeks. The shop was clean and bright. Parking was a little tight but nothing that would be a deal breaker. Go see Jada and her team!"
