"I specifically told the woman with purple hair that I did not want it cut really short because I had longer hair and she cut me really short to wear. I could feel my scalp as I specifically told her not to, and she shrugged it off as she told me to Face down she yelled at me pipe up. That’s why I rated this a 1 star"

"Worst hair cut I’ve ever had anywhere… upset . Told her it didn’t look right so she did more and literally just made it worse …. Side burns uneven , hair so poorly blended on the top. Really sucks cause I can’t really afford to go have it fixed till the 15th. Speechless. I’m"

"My partner went to get a haircut at this location today. He asked for two inches off, layers, and to try and keep it long. WAY more than two inches was cut off. Not only that, there's not a single layer in his hair. Its nothing like what he asked for whatsoever. Both sides aren't even the same length and he's still covered in lose hair. The cut he asked for was not hard at all, and the fact that they messed it up this badly is greatly disappointing."
