"I went in on a Sunday at 3:40pm. Their Instagram page said that they offer Russian manicures. I told one of the technicians that’s what I wanted. She told me to come back at five and didn’t have a response for me when I asked didn’t close at 5. I was greeted as if they did not want to service me. I’m confused on why I would come back at five and all are open from 11 to 5. I drove 30 plus minutes out for nothing."
