"This was a great experience when Amy was there, but she hasn't been there for a while now. I've had nothing but issues with this place, especially the last few months. Just yesterday I called because they charged me over $500 when my monthly payment was only supposed to be $186, so Katrina argued with me that I owe from a payment that wasn't made in July, but I checked my bank account and money was taken out for my insurance in July but she said they have no record of it even tho it also shows on my insurance billing account that I paid in July. Definitely a scam and I will never get insurance thru them again."

"Since Amy left this place has went down hill. Our rates all raised extremely higher than necessary service is poor no longer about helping the customer in my opinion which is sad because I was loyal customer. They lost the business of my entire household and any referrals in the future. It took us less than 5 minutes making calls to find way more coverage at a cheaper rate than what we had through them. Shop around folks dont get scammed."

"Went in almost two weeks ago in see about getting a quote for home and car insurance. After I left, the receptionist called me three times with questions that she forgot to ask initially. That was a red flag on how this whole experience was going to go. Have called back twice to see about getting my quote. Both times the same lady has said someone will get back with me, no callback, nothing but the sound of crickets. If this is how they handle trying to bring in a new client, I can only imagine how things operate after they have your money. Maybe the question I was asked whether my F-150 truck had a trailer hitch, not sure I have ever seen a truck without one, is holding up my quote."
