"Scheduled an oil change multiple days ahead of time. Went in at my time and it took nearly 2 hours. They did a fine job and it was relatively cheap, but employees at many times looked like they weren’t actually doing much, and had many customers other than myself waiting."

"New Manager is fantastic: I was here 5000mls ago for a oil and service. First I waited while four cars after me went thru then the wrong oil was put in and had to be drained no washer fluid a NIGHT MARE. BUT I WENT BACK: ie. The New Manager has it going and the 24 year old young man Steven who I had never seen before did the job Right, polite Curtius and he CARES A Rarity which the Entitled Youth of today have. . Thank you Steven I appreciate You. He Deserves A Raise and some praise from The Home office. Regards."

"I dropped off my pickup here for oil change and tire rotation. Got a message 3.5 hours later saying the service was finished. I went to pick it up and the tires weren't rotated. I know this because the rear driver tire was recently replaced due to being out of round. It's brand new compared to the rest of them. I told them that the rotation wasn't performed. The tech wanted to argue with me about it even with proof. I guess I have to go somewhere else to get it done. I paid for lifetime balance and rotation. Don't go here for rotations! Good chance you'll be paying for a service they aren't doing."

"My favorite location is on Sunshine; the staff at this tire shop are very knowledgeable and provide new high quality batteries."

"I went in for a new battery because mine was horribly corroded and unfortunately when they were taking my battery off they discovered that the connector to my battery ( I don't have any idea what it's actually called) was corroded through as well. The auto-center manager Michael showed me the issue and actually drove to the dealership to get the part I needed because O'Reilly wouldn't be able to get it in until Friday. On top of all of that they did not charge me for the part even though the part was clearly damaged when I brought it in. Everyone was nice and helpful and I'll be bringing me car here from now on."
