"The store is very open and pleasing to the eye even you first walk in. I felt like things were where they should be and had no problem finding everything I needed. I did have at least 1 employee ask if we needed any help, which I love. Cashier was friendly and efficient. One of my favorite Harps stores."

"I placed a order over a month ago for my daughter in laws baby shower. Picked the kit I wanted. They stapled it to my paperwork. I get a phone call as I pull up saying the kit was missing. Come on it was stapled to my paperwork..someone working there removed it. The writing was horrific. I had them fix it but still was awful. Will never use this location again. Cake was good. Rest of decorations was good. But no elephant kit and writing looked like it come from a 1st grader"

"I ordered a cake 2 months ago for a event today. I'm pulling Into the parking lot to pickup the cake and I get a call saying the decoration I ordered 2 months ago was taken off my order and used for another order. This is 100% unacceptable. Then they charged ½ price thinking it makes up for it, it does not. I'd rather pay full price for a cake I gave plenty of time to be made. Then the cashier was rude. This entire experience is unacceptable and reflects on every Harps store."
