"Arguably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Matt in parts knew exactly what I needed and told me he had it. Drove 45 minutes to him to told,"oh no we don't have that Amazon bud." That's what's some 20 year old punk said to me a full grown man. Normally I'd get pissed but instead decided to write this review and let you all know to go somewhere else."

"I did give them 5 star but id take it back now we bought a camper from Lowell and we paid it off in Nov of 2023. It is now February 2024 and still haven't got our GAP Refund. Got to talked to main location in Little Rock. Suppose to return my call never does."

"Excellent customer service. They truly care about the customer and their needs. My husband and I were almost stranded with an empty gas tank, when the manager offered to give us a lift to the gas station and even helped us fill up our tank when our container was broken. Truly generous and kind hearted people"

"Very happy we decided to swing into Camping world in Lowell. There are so many options to look at and our sales person Bradley was the absolute best! He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He helped us find exactly what we was looking for without having to walk around for miles. I was also surprised at how helpful the manager was, he was quick to answer any of our questions and he made us feel welcomed and not like a bother like other places we have recently been to.
