"Very disappointed I scheduled the appointment almost two weeks ahead of time and I asked for the latest appointment.. which she said was only 1pm. I never got a call to confirm my appointment. Showed up at 1 pm the time that I wrote down as we were on the phone just to have her rudely tell me it was at 11.. I couldn't even apologize to ask for a different time or date before she turned around and walked away there was absolutely no need for attitude or rude looks from her. I had heard great things and lots of recommendations but was very disappointed. Definitely do not recommend her at all. Did not even pick up after we left and ignored my phone call and voice mail. Very childish for a business owner"

"We are relocating back to this area, and are pleased to have found a good groomer. One of our Shih Tzu was a rescue that we had got last year and is still not accustomed to be groomed. She took the time and patience to work with him resulting in a very good cut. Also she was finished when she told us, no additional waiting. We travel quite a bit and have used Petco as they are easy to get into, but the one in Rogers was the poorest."
