"Just left this place. Absolutely terrible. Worst experience I've ever had with a "professional" shop. Almost worst customer service I've ever been delt. Corporate needs to step in and handle this immediately. Delt with a guy long black curly hair, (wish I got his name) rudest person I've ever delt with. I understand if a product I'm looking for is not made anymore or what I'm trying to do is not possible with the products they have in store. But this guy was absolute jerk. I explained my situation (never raised my voice, never cussed, calm explaining and asking questions) and what I was needing to accomplish he laughed, cut me off, slammed parts down, basically yelled "no, nope, not gonna happen" with no reasoning or possible solutions. Walked away several times in the middle of me talking with a smirk on his face. Eventually he just walked off and helped another customer without finishing up with me. Another older gentleman came up very respectful and nice with good explanations understanding and actual solution. Simple easy and we were back to work. When I voiced my frustration with his attitude and how we were handled, he said, "yeah sometimes he tries to help to much"...... no apology, nothing. Which tells me this happens quite often. If I see that guy back there I will kindly take my business somewhere else. I will also be instructing all my techs to do the same. idc if I waist time and money, it's worth it not condoning this kind of behavior in this industry."
