"Clean organized store. I could not find what i needed here, they were out of stock. I can't and don't shop here unless I buy sale items. Can be a bit pricey regular price. Courteous and helpful staff."

"I just walked out of Michael's on Liberty. 8:12 pm. there is sale for Siser buy 2 get 1 free. I buy 3 rolls that 18.99 each. I get to the register and cashier Shaundra she says 64.76 or close to this. I ask about the buy 2 get 1 free. She proceeds to tell me there is No way for her to check the sale. Excuse ma'am! 1. It's your store! you should know your sales. 2. Couldn't you have walked 3 feet to the aisle and saw the sign. I.get it's close to closing but you shouldn't cheat people out of sales because you tired and had a long day! So did I shaundra! I'll be going to the Zona Rosa Michael's or hobby lobby moving forward. Loyal customer lost. I got cheated out of a whole 20.00 roll of vinyl!!! Siser is not cheap!"

"I'm worried about the future of our craft stores. I for see them being a thing of the past unfortunately. I noticed it's a ghost town for employees as well as patrons. There was only 2 visible employees the last few times I have visited the store."

"Ordered products for in store pickup, said was in stock, drove 25 miles, and got there to find out they were actually out of product and did not know when it would be restocked. Manager apologized. I went to wait for a refund to be issued on another item that was additional to out of stock items. Cashier put the item aside and checked out another customer while I stood there waiting. This did not leave me with a very good impression of customer service or store as a whole."

"Great place to shop, especially for frames or photo related items! Have your coupon ready and pulled up on your phone before checking out!!!! The employees are outstanding and cater to your requests! We spoke to "Joanne" who has vast knowledge in all the departments! She's a blessing of a person and employee, quite impressive! We only go here for our framing and matting needs! The aisles are wide, clean floors and we'll kept abs stocked store! We're fortunate to live close and have them as part of our community!"
