"I personally have been ordering from them for 13 years and my company for over 40. We used to have a salesman that came to our shop, take inventory, and order for us. We have had an invoiced account with them for almost a half-century. Over the last two years instead of sending our orders, they have been cancelling them saying that we need to pay by credit card. We've submitted credit applications several times which were accepted and the still call every time for a credit card, even after being a customer in good standing for decades. We're done with them. There are much easier ways to buy parts for service and stocking. I don't know what they changed over there but it has cost them a long-standing, very good customer."
