"Save your time and money and find another salon. When I showed up the salon was closed (not the first time) and Shamar was running 30 mins late. She's sorry she didn't have my # to let me know for my apt. No worries life happens. Then the dye started dripping like a heavy rain while I was under the heater. I told her the color was not what I wanted I wanted darker richer. She said ohh. When it came to price she tried to double charge me for a hair cut. Which confused me because the haircut was included in all the previous highlights. I was also charged $10 more for long hair it's shoulder length and $20 for color which she claims was the exotic color. Just trying to figure out why you would try to over charge someone who waited for you over 30 mins for her apt., then didnt put the foils in right so the color dripped like crazy and even let me walk outta the salon with red dye on my forehead and not even offer me a discount? I thought I found my new favorite salon but between this and what you said I wish you the best but that isn't right queen and you should have done better!"
