"She totally butchered my daughters hair! It's so uneven! I mean, I can't believe a professional hairstylist would have let somebody walk out of their business looking like this! All she asked for was a trim, told her to take like 2 or 3 inches off her hair! It should have been easy!! Nope, 7 inches, at least! she chopped her beautiful long hair off, and it's so uneven I posted pictures! To show everybody. I would not let this lady touch your hair! I will never go here or refer anybody here ever again! She offered to fix it, but I told her she wasn't touching her again! That I wanted a refund! She gave me $20 out of the $27 she charged her back!"
