"The moment I walked into this establishment I was impressed. It was very calming and cleanly. The check in was a smooth and easy process. They then escorted me to a separate room to relax and wait in, which was a wonderful touch. My provider then introduced themselves in a very professional matter. My service was everything I wanted and more! If I wanted anything changed during my service they were more than happy to oblige. The checkout process was a breeze. The front desk was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me very well. If I had any questions or concerns with anything, the staff went out of their way to help me. The customer service from all of the staff was wonderful! I felt very welcomed and well taken care of! I am very pleased with my experience as a whole and will most certainly be back!"

"As a business owner myself, this location was less than accommodating. I was late out of my control and I understand their policy but I called and let them know and was willing to accept less than half of my service for full price. They agreed and then 5 minutes later decided they were not going to do the service at all but still charged me for half of it. They were rude, chatted behind the counter as if I couldn’t hear it. My previous experience there was great, however I will now take my business elsewhere."
