"Okay I feel so bad for leaving a bad review but I don’t want anyone to have the same experience I did. I paid for the “I deserve it” manicure and this is how my nails came out. Not a huge deal, I know these things happen. But I called after I left because I didn’t want to hurt the ladies feelings and asked the manager for a refund and they said no and said they would redo them for $30. I have never had my nails look so bad in my life and they just completely refused to refund it and were going to charge me almost full price to fix it. They also only painted my nails. They didn’t do any of the other treatments the manicure was supposed to come with. I just feel very ripped off and disappointed that they were so unwilling to help. And no, I did not hit them on anything and mess them up after I left. They did that as they were painting them."

"My granddaughters have had their nails done here for a couple of years. They won't go anywhere else. I got a gel manicure here, no tips, just a shaping of my natural nails. I got exactly what I asked for and a comfortable experience. Alex did a beautiful job with no nicks or file gashes. He is also a very nice guy. They take walk-ins, but I would book ahead, especially if you want to get the nail tech you prefer. I am now booking every two weeks. The prices are about average with other nail salons, but the atmosphere is much more pleasant and calm. They offer regular discounts for several things. There is an ATM inside the salon."

"Best nail salon in KC. Kathy always does an amazing job! I am very picky with my nails, especially the thickness of my nails I like them very thin and she does them perfect. They're very prompt with appointments and always on time. The salon itself is always very clean and all the staff is friendly and attentive. Their prices are fair and stay the same they don't fluctuate like a lot of other nail salons I have gone to, you know exactly what you're paying for. We had a funny intriguing conversation the entire time and my nails look absolutely amazing, he improvised on my nails but I gave him the choice, he did even better than the design I came in with!
