"I had a full set put on. I ended up with 5 of my nails have fungus. I have had nails on for 30 years and never have had this happen before. I lost one nail. Tina was very nice. But they always double book and never know what you are there for even when you make an appointment."

"I have tried this place a few times now & have had an issue every time!! I’m normally pretty laid back, but their customer service is TERRIBLE!! I chose a gel color & on the display it looked light pink. After she was finished they looked yellowish, almost translucent. I asked if we could do a layer of a brighter pink over it & the man that always sits at the front told me he was going to charge me $20 to do that!!! I had just spent $50 on the full set. Another time when I walked in I told them I had an hour & asked if that was long enough for a dip. He said yes & I was seated. My tech was soooo slow!! I was almost 20 minutes late to work (which was 5 minutes away) & had a lady that was seated after me & left before me who was getting the same exact service. They have no regard for their clients. Just chasing paper. I will NEVER be back!! The photo attached is the ‘pink’ I chose…."
