"Klara Nguyen, this young lady is a little too big for her britches, & has a bad attitude, she can be very moody, & is very immature. She does good work, but... she charges more for her service, than many other shops. I had been seeing her for 2 years, I had to cancel my appointment at the last minute, my transmission had gone out on my vehicle, in route to my appointment, and I had to pay $100.00 for full service, for not canceling 48 hours in advance. She does not seem to appreciate her clientele."

"Unfortunately I was very disappointing with my experience. I sent photos for inspiration weeks in advance but the initial design Klara did wasn’t anything like the design I sent through. I didn’t expect it to be the same as she told me she preferred to do her own based on inspiration but you’d still expect it to be somewhat similar it wasn’t and when I mention I didn’t overly like it things got slightly awkward. I believe if your paying for a service you as a customer should be happy with the service. So Klara did offer to re- do the design however she was obviously limited on time as it was the most basic two color designs with next to no detail nothing like what she has advertised in store or online. I don’t know if it’s false advertising but it didn’t match her advertised quality. I understand she may have been limited on time for the re-do but if that’s the case she should have explained that to me and not rush it, I would have been quite happy to come back later and have her fix it but that wasn’t offered. So instead I had to pay for a service that was very disappointing, later when I tried to do the right thing and reach out and explain she said the art wasn’t something she specified in, if this is the case why didn’t she tell me this the two weeks before when I sent the designs why lead me to believe it was possible and then charge me for a poor quality product. The edges on the manicure are sharp and rough the design is embarrassing and there is still black residue under my nails from the original design. The most disappointing thing is I leave for my honeymoon next week and I travelled 40 minutes to have a nice design that she advertises and I walked away in tears. I understand if you can’t do a design, but just say so don’t lead me on and take my money and then when I give you an opportunity to rectify it tell me I should go else where. How can anyone just afford to jump around and pay $$$$ again to have someone fix your mistakes. So disappointed and will not be returning."
