"I came to homestead to just get some ideas for supplies that may be needed for our business in the near future. I was greeted by the nicest employee in the parking lot who directed me in every direction I should be going for certain items I was looking into. Not only was he friendly & very informative, but he was educated on my items of interest & informative with the products. He maintained a professionalism composure that seemed genuinely caring & did so with a smile on his face his entire time. Customer service is lacking in so many businesses & so many people do not compliment the positives but rather quick to complain about anything or find a negative. I will certainly be coming back to homestead when our business is ready to invest in the products we need. The customer service is hard to find & this gentleman made my day. I believe he said his name was Mike or Michael Couch or Cook , I apologize if I butchered the gentleman's name. But I want Homestead to know it's because of him that primary helped me make the decision on who to use for supplies for our upcoming projects. Homesteads employee customer service made Lowes & Home Depots customer service seem very low in ratings when i compared the service i was provided. After Homestead my decision was made. Homestead it is ! Thank u so much! We already love this place !"
