"SPEND THE EXTRA $69 and buy a different brand. Came in today to purchase extensions. Reviewed them as much as one can in store. The length and color looked decent. Purchased my $189 extensions. Got to the car, opened them to see they looked like something you would order for Halloween, low quality- there were no grams identified on the exterior of the packaging. I can understand Sally’s having to have a pretty strict return policy. However, I had them in my possession less than 20 mins and could not return them. The very unhelpful, snarky, and rude representative informed me that’s what all extensions look like. Sorry miss mam, I have been buying extensions for nearly 10 years and never seen them look like such poor quality. She proceeded to tell me the extensions she had in were the same, clearly not the case. She also said she too had been buying extensions for years and that’s what they all look like. I told her I felt sorry she had been spending her money on such poor quality hair. Rather than being helpful and trying to assist an unhappy customer she tried to convince me that I was wrong and wasn’t seeing what I was seeing. Never again will 1 cent be spent in this store. Yea be more thing, she called her manager while I was on the phone with their “customer support department”, basically crying over my hard earned $189 asking for even a store credit. She said to her manager so I could hear “yea I told her that’s what they all look like”. You know those people who speak to speak and not to listen, empathize and problem solve."

"Came to buy some products for my autistic niece who recently had her hair fried at a salon. Worker was super nice, but had a store rush and I was quoted a sale price. After ringing up it was way above quoted price and assistant manager had them give me some weird generic stuff instead, so I left."

"Always friendly, knowledgeable staff! I have always gotten answers to questions about products when I have them, and they have happily offered to dig through boxes from truck when out of product that they knew had arrived earlier in the day. This store is typically my first choice."
