"The pharmacist by the name of joy has a really smart mouth towards customers, she is very unprofessional and not very considerate of the people that goes to the pharmacy and the fact that she is very snarky she should not have a customer care relations position as I have not been the only victim of her snark and smart mouth attitude the prescriptions are never ready even when they are pre ordered for pick up I’m always waiting 20 plus minutes and the fact that she didn’t like the fact I don’t put up with a smart mouth and told her I’m not her mom she needs to watch how she talked to me I no longer am allowed to pick up my prescriptions from the store even though I’m within walking distance sad world we live in however I know that if she spoke to any of my clients like that she would be fired she would stop my company from making money"

"The workers have some of the worst customer service I ever encountered just asking a simple question is met with and attitude. I’ll travel farther to a different location before I spend a cent at this location."

"Tonight right before Closing, I purchased A Mixed Bouquet of Flowers , when I got home All my Lily's and two roses fell off while unraveling plastic from around Bouqet, I keep fresh flowers in my Sitying Area So Im not New to The Delicacies of Handling Flowers. Not to Mention No Flower food packet Either! I'm Dissatisfied considering the amount of money I paid"

"Do not use this pharmacy if you cannot be without daily medication. They will always claim to be out until you call. Then they will say, oh, sorry, someone put it on the wrong shelf, or some other reason that they have it but did not think they did. (3 months in a row, 5 out of 6 months). I cannot imagine how this benefits them, but I know it is frustrating to deal with. Walgreens in Bridgeton, Mo has refilled in time, every time. This pharmacy in St. John, MO store should be closed or completely restaffed. Pharmacy staff is rude to you when you bring this up."
