"Staff and item selection are great. I actually expected the prices to be higher than they are. It has the look of super pricey and no doubt it can be. But on some of the basic stuff, it's not priced too badly. I don't mind getting some of my regular essentials there when I happen to be downtown. And I certainly don't mind making a special trip for items you simply can't find at any Sun Fresh. Given the staff seem content and helpful, they have a leg up on Sun Fresh. I'm guessing they pay their staff more and/or treat them way better and that is reflected in atmosphere and, it has to be noted, in the price of most of their groceries. Of course, I don't know that for sure and it's pure speculation."

"Great selection and lovely staff. A little overpriced but it is in the center of the city. Really good lunch ready options. Wine selection could be better (very little international selection). They validate parking and the street car stop is very close. They have a food court with lots of seating. Great cheese selection"

"I went here a week ago for lunch. While there I decided to get a car charger and wire for my car. I purchased everything and a week goes by and the car charger stopped working. So today I take it back with my receipt. I wait at the customer service desk and Connie comes to the counter. I tell her what happened and ask for a refund. She says that they don't normally do refunds on those just exchanges. I ask her if that is posted somewhere and she tells me on the area where I picked it up. I go to the section right before the cash registers and look. There's nothing there posted so she just lied. Seeing that I caught her in a lie she calls Chris Payne, the store director,. Chris Payne walks up and he leans over the customer service divider she fills him in and he just turns and repeats we don't do refunds. I say there's nothing posted stating that . Chris Payne says yeah there's a lot of things in the store we don't do refunds on. What do you call an establishment that takes your money but doesn't stand behind the defective products that it sells ? Bad Business !"
