"Quick and efficient, repaired phone screen with no hassle, took less than an hour. Would recommend them to anyone for that service. The only thing I can suggest is to NOT to get their screen protector. It completely screwed with my fingerprint scanning to being unusable, so don't waste the $20 on that if you use fingerprint unlock, even after adjusting touch feedback settings, re-adding fingerprints (which also had issues due to the screen protector) it was unusable at the end of the day"

"We went to Phone Fixation in Lee's Summit last week. We have an I Phone 13 that didn't charge properly and had ordered a replacement charging port on eBay. We asked Matt, the technician to check it out and quote us on installing the new port. It would have been $135 for the labor and no warranty offered if the replacement port were defective... Matt warned us that it wasn't a genuine Apple part and we would take a chance. He went on to clean the inside of the charging port and removed several small pieces of lint with his specialty tweezers. He then tested the charging process and all went just fine. He saved us money by convincing us that it wasn't a good idea to replace the port. He checked and tested the device at no charge! What an honest and and wonderful employee!
