"Tech left my downstairs thermostat on ac instead of putting back to heat. Meanwhile, the upstairs thermostat was on heat. Not sure how that affects my unit. He should have put it back the way he found it. Also paid last fall for the year and was told management was changing what was covered so no more cleaning coils or cleaning my filter inside without an extra charge. Since I asked the coil cleaning was done, complimentary this time, but will be $100 in the future. My filter was not cleaned because now I’m supposed to do that too. Should this have not been done also since it was part of the agreement with my “membership”? Going forward the company should say now we are no longer doing this or that without charging extra so you can decide then if you want their services. Not decide in the second half of your contract to not do certain things. Not that they will care but I will not be using them in the future even if I have to pay more because this is underhanded behavior and inferior service and I’m definitely not paying any amount for that."
