"The marked up prices here are atrocious and 75% of the time, the price tags on the shelves don't even reflect the actual price charged at the register. They're doing this bait and switch nonsense. It's almost a deliberate scam at this point. The employees will also put product out with mismatched signage that one only catches if they realize a deal sounds too good to be true and reads the 8 point font on the sign confirming it. Sure, I work nearby and it's easier to walk over after work to buy a few items...but this place is so expensive I'd rather hop on the bus and ride elsewhere to shop where I'm not going to spend my whole paycheck on three food items. Also it's constantly crowded with rude, horrible people and the product selection/variety is laughably pathetic. Go literally anywhere else to shop and save yourself the time and money."

"Bad experience. Woman who checked me out did not give me 2 of our 10 bags! How do you do that? I drove home 15 minutes and realized it when I started unpacking everything. Upon further inspection of the receipt I realized I was charged for five pizzas instead of four. I drove back to Target and Customer Service had our two bags sitting behind the Customer Service desk. The customer service employee never said sorry!!! She gave me the two grocery bags and refunded me for the pizza I was mistakenly charged for and that was it. Terrible customer service. I just would have liked an, “I’m so sorry for the inconvenience.”"

"Ward Parkway location the week before Christmas, I expected crazy. I had to return some holiday gift bags that were too small, had my receipt and walked right up to the returns desk. The cashier put down the thereturns she was sorting to help me and chuckled when I commented on fact that there wasn't a line. She told me I just missed it as she scanned my receipt, the bags, and credited it back to my credit card. Super quick and easy and she made it very pleasant."

"Great selection but some items are out of stock. Gets lots of traffic being on missouri side so they can sell wine, beer and liquor."

"Biggest Target I’ve ever seen (non-Super). They seem to have everything. Pharmacy & Optical clinic. Large variety of wine and spirits. Larger than normal grocery section. Hearth and Hand with Magnolia section. And everything else you’d expect from a Target. Starbucks included. They also have access to the mall shops. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Facilities and restrooms were clean and well-stocked. Nice store in this area of Kansas City!"
