"I called them at 11:30 a.m. told him what type of phone I had and that I needed a screen replacement dropped my phone off at noon had my phone back by 1:00 p.m. fixed and in working order. I had price checked prior to calling him and he gave me the best deal in the area. The gentleman was also very polite and he answered all of my questions. I will be returning there the next time I have a phone repair need I hate to give bad reviews but I had to add to this review based on what has happened so he did fix the screen and a timely manner and gave me a good deal, however now the phone doesn't work quite right the AV jack won't stay in place every time I hit a bump it knocks whatever I'm playing off and the phone comes apart very easily when it's the kind of phone that shouldn't come apart I went back into the store showed him the problem and was essentially told it's not his problem because that's not part of the repair, in my opinion when I give you something to fix and then you don't put it all back together right that's your problem not my problem, of course there's no warranty with the repair so he told me that it wasn't his problem, so now I have a phone that I have to take somewhere else to repair what he didn't put back together right!"
