"We decided to order inside the restaurant because we thought it would be easier and that the order would be accurate, but it didn't make a difference. We waited patiently, almost 10 minutes, for someone to finally take our order. The orange Fanta and Sprite were out but was replaced when we asked. When we finally got our food, we were missing a Jr. Whopper and ALL of the burgers were cold. The only thing that was hot were the fries. I wanted to ask them to just pop them in the microwave, but at that point, we were just ready to go. It was very disappointing to wait that long and receive cold burgers. The staff was decent but overall, we were there for the food and that was very unsatisfactory. This is why I stay away from fast food. It's not fast and it's almost never hot."
