"Just a disaster of a location, as others have noted. I'm not entirely sure this place is even open anymore considering I've been there a few times in the last couple months in the middle of the day and the door has been locked."

"The angry old guy is thr worse. Everyone else seems fair. Most of the time I have a good experience. The angry old guy is rude and has terrible customer service skills. He has improved a little over time. Today 11/1/2023 the old guy delivered our food in a timely manner. He forgot our chips. I'm reasonable and can be understanding. however, it's been over 1.5 hours since he brought our sandwiches.. he has yet to bring our chips. I have called the store multiple times and none of my phone calls have been answered. In the meantime, I have no idea if I will ever get my order delivered to me that was paid for. I understand manpower issues are a thing right now, but this is poor customer service."

"This JJs is by far the worst location I have ever visited, in any city or state. Orders are never even close to correct and the sandwiches are just cobbled together terribly. If I can make a suggestion. Maybe don't have the register people always be debilitatingly stoned. They are wildly inaccurate and unhelpful."

"Just received my order. I tipped $4 for a sandwich, chips and a drink. Received no straw, no napkins AND there was no Mayo on my blt so it was dry and not very good. I always try to tip well in hopes that an establishment will take good care of me and my order but it apparently made no difference in this case. By the time I combed through my car to get napkins and a straw and got back to my office I could have just picked something up and spent less. I definitely won’t be ordering from here again. EDIT: I already submitted my review via the feedback link but that was before I ate my sandwich and realized there was no Mayo. I shouldn’t have to submit 3 reviews. At this point this is more work than my time is worth."
