"Dirty tables, order taker did not speak to us, (he may have grunted at us), order kiosk not working. Tartar sauce on top of the bun of our fish sandwich. Bad experience all around. Will not be returning to this location."

"Crew got my order wrong and were extremely defensive when I politely asked them to correct it. Begrudgingly got me what I paid for, while the girl behind the counter mentioned that she was going to quit. It was a mess and probably the worst restaurant service I’ve ever had. And I don’t normally like to complain, but until this service improves, I will not be going here. I don’t have an extra half hour to spare at the drive thru."

"I've come here only a few times post remodel, and this place has fallen so very far. The atmosphere is dark and feels cheap and old, the loss of fountains for refills removes a large portion of why one even eats here, and the employees are rude and don't value your time. My wife and I sat for nearly half an hour waiting for our food only to find after enquiring with them that someone had thrown away our ticket. We paid 22 dollars and had the wrong items sent out afterwards, which we had just told them what we ordered, and then waited another 20 minutes to get the wrong item replaced. The young man running orders and the gentleman who answered me at the counter were the only one there who seemed to value his job and tried to fix our problem immediately so props to them, but some other employees acted confused when we brought our issues up or just didn't care. The food itself was okay when we finally got it, except for one of the double cheeseburgers which had partially stale bread. I'm not the type to typically do this but I'm going to contact their corporate office today. The service here is abysmal and there is no reason we should have been treated this way."

"This is the worst McDonald's. Every since they remodeled, it's been terrible. With the exception of the one drive through lady, they aren't friendly. Fries are always cold and more than anything, i go to McDonald's for Mocha frappe and their Machines are never working. You wait forever. They don't answer the drive through right away and then you get up there just to be told the frappe machine doesn't work again. Are they just to lazy to fix it. New McDonald's. Should be new machine"
